What does a business coach do?

There are so many Coaches these days and each Coach will have their specialisms. As a Business Wellbeing and Performance Coach I help women to DISCOVER their purpose and get clarity on their goals, DEVELOP their strategies, tools and processes to focus on the right thing at the right time and DO – the fun bit - action and accountability to help you feel on track and motivated.

I am a collaborator - let’s be honest sometimes in business and working on your own it can get frustrating and difficult.

I am a supporter, but don’t take my word for it, this is what a client recently said about me: “Sanchia Aronberg offers business coaching to female entrepreneurs with a very important focus on mental health and emotional resilience. It's been great having regular reminders from Sanchia that I need to look after my own emotional wellbeing to be able to fully support my wonderful clients”.

I am an advisor, helping with new ideas and projects.

I am a motivator, helping you move forward and not give up.

I can help you to decide what is important, expand your options and get a fresh perspective. I can help you get more focused, have more balance, time, energy and money through setting and achieving realistic goals. Coaching sessions don’t need to be months and months of working on your goals.  As a coach I can also help with:

  • Express business planning and strategy
  • Processes and strategy planning for specific areas of your business
  • Mindset and Vision scrapbook session
  • Business wellbeing and self-care
  • New product launch planning
  • Brainstorming new ideas and concepts
  • Career advice from employment to self-employment programme

Another way that I can add further support is with your wellbeing and mental health. We all know that if you are not okay then it is much harder to run a business. I have had personal experience of having low energy and anxiety so I love being able to support others through tough times. I use a variety of tools and techniques, the 60 H3 programme is one amazing tool (more info here). Another technique is by taking a look at habits as, some habits can really help or hinder progress. Small constructive actions done on a daily or routine basis can quickly give you a sense of accomplishment and forward momentum. What is currently stopping you from moving forward? Also if things are going very well for you, what habits are helping this? It is always great to stop, be present and focus on what is going well but equally what is not working too.

If you need some help or support on the above or just need a temporary colleague to chat to then get in touch, I do love to chat!

Until next time…..
