Reflexology

Reflexology is classed under a complementary therapy treatment. Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, involves the application of pressure to specific points on the feet. Our bodies are consistently trying to get into balance, healing the body through these points can improve that balance in our bodies.

As well as improving balance, reflexology promotes five key areas including

  • relaxation
  • reduction of tension
  • aids sleep
  • improves mood
  • increases wellbeing.

By spending time relaxing and getting into the parasympathetic state this can help with general wellbeing and fantastic for stress relief.


Stand Alone Sessions:

I offer reflexology as a stand-alone service too so if coaching is not for you then please do get in touch about my reflexology sessions. The sessions are £50, and I carry out treatments from Holisticare in Hatfield Heath.
